Richard Connell, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist who has been in private practice since 1997. He earned his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Texas in 1996. He currently conducts pre-employment psychological evaluations for more than 20 law enforcement agencies and fire departments in Central Texas . Dr. Connell also provides diagnostic evaluations for area physicians and foster care providers, and consults with a number of child placing agencies.
